Do l have to use sushi-grade or fresh fish to make ceviche, or can l use thawed out frozen fish?l have heard of using frozen shrimp for ceviche, but l plan on making a white fish ceviche.
Ceviche is cooked with the acid of the lemon.l wanna make sure it would be SAFE to use frozen fish.l live overseas and it is almost impossible to get fresh fish.
